EJECUTIVO DE VENTAS

Bustos Media is seeking a Bilingual Radio Sales Account Executive for a full-time position in their Seattle Office. Work with local ad agencies and local companies to help them grow their business through creative Audio & Digital marketing solutions while helping them create awareness of their services throughout Western Washington’s Hispanic community.

Join a team who works together to brainstorm and create solutions for clients while enjoying benefit packages that offer medical, dental, and vision. This is salary and commission-based position, with training support to help new hires quickly ramp up and start reaping the financial benefits.

Looking for an assertive, smart, well-connected business professional who can build relationships, think out of the box, have one-to-one proven sales experience, and know how to not take “no”. Someone who enjoys the ‘challenge’ and likes to see satisfied customers.

Overview of the position:

• While warm leads are provided, this position also requires cold calling and face to face meetings to present sales
  concepts
• A strong listener who can identify marketing needs of clients and offer solutions using company products to best
  suit and meet client needs
• Works within a team to create solutions and have approved proposals for clients
• Responsible for the timely collection and maintenance of accounts.
• Participate in community events for networking
• Maintain activity levels to reach monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Stay on top of competitive conditions to become an ‘expert’ to clients

Ideal Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience in B2B
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; in Spanish it could be lower capacity.
• Skillful with standard Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Power Point & Word)
• Hungry to learn with ability to conduct market research

Requirements of the Position:

• Must be able to communicate in a business setting in both English and Spanish
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record to operate a personal vehicle
  on company business
• Ability to attend all required meetings
